Policies governing your use of Verko services and how we handle your data.

Terms & Conditions

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Verko's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

Verko provides performance marketing services for ecommerce brands including but not limited to email marketing, SMS marketing, Google Shopping ad management, affiliate and influencer outreach, and referral program setup and management.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first of each billing cycle. We accept payment via credit card through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. THE VERKO GUARANTEE

Verko guarantees that clients will generate at least 3x their monthly retainer fee in attributable revenue within 60 days of their campaign launch date. If this benchmark is not met, Verko will issue a full refund of the most recent monthly payment. This guarantee applies to the first 60 days of service only. Revenue attribution is measured using industry-standard tracking through Klaviyo, Google Ads, and other platforms used in delivering the service. The guarantee is void if the client fails to provide necessary access, assets, or approvals within the timeframes requested by Verko.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days written notice sent to inquiries.verko@outlook.com. No refunds are issued for partial months after the first 60-day guarantee period.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to required platforms and accounts, and approval of creative materials within 48 hours of submission. Delays caused by the client may affect campaign performance and void the guarantee.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All strategies, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Verko remain the intellectual property of Verko. Creative assets produced for the client become the client's property upon full payment.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, strategies, and data confidential and not disclose to third parties without written consent.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Verko's total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing month. Verko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Verko reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.

Privacy Policy

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly including name, email address, business name, website URL, and payment information. We also collect usage data when you use our client portal including login times, pages visited, and features used.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to deliver and improve our services, process payments, send service-related communications, provide client dashboard access, and comply with legal obligations.

3. PAYMENT INFORMATION

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Verko does not store credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our services including Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Resend for email delivery, and Klaviyo for marketing automation on your behalf.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for 12 months after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting inquiries.verko@outlook.com. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you.

7. COOKIES

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

8. SECURITY

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All data is stored on Supabase with row-level security enabled.

9. CHILDREN

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We will notify you of any material changes to this policy via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Refund Policy

The Verko Guarantee: If we do not generate at least 3x your monthly retainer in attributable revenue within your first 60 days we will refund your most recent monthly payment in full. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. After the initial 60-day guarantee period all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made during the first 60 days before the guarantee period ends are not eligible for a refund unless the 3x benchmark has not been met. To request a refund under the guarantee email inquiries.verko@outlook.com with your account details and we will review within 2 business days.
