1. Overview

Verko AI creates marketing deliverables from customer-supplied property photographs and project information. Source property photos are uploaded by the customer through the private project portal after confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AI-assisted tools may be used to add motion, transitions, editing effects, copy drafts, strategy drafts, or other production elements. The public inquiry form does not accept photo uploads.

2. How AI is used

Depending on the purchased service, Verko AI may use AI-assisted software or third-party processing tools to:

Generate camera-like motion between still photographs for walkthrough videos
Apply transitions, pacing, and visual editing
Draft marketing copy or strategy content for property marketing plans
Prepare deliverables in the requested format

Human review may occur before delivery, but customers remain responsible for final approval before publishing.

3. Accuracy and visual limitations

AI processing may introduce artifacts, altered perspective, smoothing, duplicated details, or other visual inconsistencies. Deliverables are marketing representations based on still photos and should not be treated as:

Architectural measurements or floor plans
Inspection reports or condition assessments
Exact depictions of current property layout, finishes, or views
Guarantees of how a space will appear in person

Verko AI does not guarantee bookings, offers, occupancy increases, revenue, sale price, platform approval, or other business results.

4. Customer review responsibilities

Customers should review final media carefully before publishing or distributing it. Customers are responsible for compliance with listing-platform rules, advertising laws, fair-housing requirements, and local disclosure requirements that may apply to AI-assisted or edited property media.

5. Suggested disclosure wording

Platform and legal requirements differ. Verko AI may provide suggested disclosure language with delivery, such as:

“Video created from property photographs using AI-assisted motion and editing.”

Customers should confirm whether additional or different disclosure is required for their platform, brokerage, MLS, or jurisdiction.

6. AI and media-processing providers

Customer-submitted photos and related project materials may be processed by third-party AI and media-processing tools solely to perform the purchased service. Those providers act as service providers to Verko AI and process materials only as needed to deliver the requested work.
